Horselife offers a wide range of products and services for the natural horsemanship enthusiast to the person who is interested in learning a no-nonsense approach to safe, balanced, real life riding.

HorseLife specializes in bitless and treeless products. We have a free“Try before you Buy” saddle program. And the support and know how to get you started in this riding style.

We can also provide a free Horselife saddle fitting consultation to any customer within a 50km radius of Waterloo. Steve Wawryk, owner and creator of Horselife products can come out and fit a Horselife saddle on your horse to make sure it is the right for both of you.

Not sure if Bitless and Treeless riding is right for you? Why not find out by hosting a seminar or clinic at your barn. You will learn all about the benefits and features of this riding discipline. You will get to ride your horse in a bitless bridle and treeless saddle and decide first hand if this riding style is for you.

Do you own a horse but need a little help getting started? Steve will give riding lessons to you at your barn on your horse and even help start your horse to ride. Steve has over 15years of horse experience starting horses, team roping, fox hunting, team penning and polo. In a very short time you will learn how to teach your horse to ride in a balanced safe manner. The foundation you learn here will give you the skill and confidence you need to move into any direction you choose.

About Steve, Cali & Charmer…

Finding Steve, on his website, has had such a positive influence on our 10 year old daughter Cali. He came into our barn life 9 months ago, when we were struggling with a coach and yet one more new horse that was not a good match for us. Cali was frustrated, anxious, discouraged and lost her confidence and love for riding. After investing time, Steve supported and assisted us in realizing that, to no fault of our own, the beautiful mare was just too much horse and we needed to sell and buy again. So, shortly after, along came Charmer and the relationships began to form quickly between Cali and her new amazing Buckskin and Cali and her awesome coach Steve!

Steve’s kind, patient and calm teaching style, combined with his fantastic always positive, reassuring and encouraging attitude has helped Cali learn more in the past several months than in previous years with other coaches. Steve shares his passion and range of knowledge in a very gentle and humble manner without judgement, ridicule or pushiness. Hello, I bought two of these a few months and ago. I work with therapy horses and I'd like you to know that they have been wonderful! The horses like them and it has been nice for the volunteers to have something that they can catch the horses in that doesn't have to be changed for riding. So I see you almost every tuesday but I just wanted to share with you the happiness I have for this saddle. It really is a great saddle . I jump a 3 foot course almost everyday and I was a little scared that the saddle would be harder to stay in, but it's just as easy or easier then my normal saddle! With the other saddle I find at the end of a workout my horse has only sweat where the tree of the saddle is sitting , but with the treeless he is not getting this sweat line down his back. I am very happy and I am think of buying the western saddle aswell.

After discovering that my custom made saddle was hurting my Rocky Mountain's back and being frustrated in my search for a new and comfortable saddle because he is mutton withered, short backed and round barrelled I came across Horselife's web site. I contacted Steve and he happily came down to do a trial ride. After riding for a half hour I could feel the difference in my horses comfort and his willingness to move out. I have been riding Sachmo in the new saddle four times a week for several months now and can't wait to hit the trails this spring. Steve it is a real pleasure to work with you. You have a way with horses.
